Effective date: November 12, 2025
Short version: FancyShow generates slideshow videos from your selected photos and videos using preset templates. To render these videos, the App securely uploads your selected media to our servers. We do not collect analytics, trackers, or personal profiles; we do not sell or share your information. Your uploaded media is used only to create your video and is deleted once processing is complete.
FancyShow (“we,” “us,” “our”) is the developer of the FancyShow mobile application for creating video slideshows (“App”).

This Privacy Policy explains how FancyShow handles information in connection with the App and any related services or websites that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
To generate your slideshow, you select photos and/or videos in the App. These files are uploaded to our servers solely for automated processing with your chosen template.
Template selections, music choices, captions, aspect ratios, and other rendering parameters you set are transmitted only as needed to create your video.
We design FancyShow to operate with minimal data. We do not maintain user accounts unless a future feature explicitly requires it (and would be covered by an update to this Policy).
We do not use your media or inputs for training, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to creating your requested video.
Server-side processing: Rendering occurs on our servers to apply templates, transitions, and music. All transfers use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Temporary storage during processing is encrypted at rest where applicable.
Automatic deletion after completion: When your video has been generated and delivered to your device (or the download link is returned), the source media, intermediate files, and outputs stored on our servers are deleted. We do not retain copies for our own use.
No disclosure to third parties: Your files are not sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party. If infrastructure providers are used (e.g., hosting), they act solely as our processors under strict contractual terms and cannot access or use your content for their own purposes.
We do not keep your media or project inputs after rendering is complete and delivery has occurred. Deletion is automatic as part of the rendering workflow. We do not maintain backups of user media. If a rendering job fails, any partial data is removed during cleanup.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data during transit and temporary storage (e.g., HTTPS/TLS, access controls, separation of environments). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously aim to reduce risk and limit exposure by minimizing data handling and retention.
Depending on where you are located and where our servers or service providers operate, your uploads may be processed in a different country. We apply the same deletion practices and safeguards regardless of location.
Because we do not retain your media after rendering, there is usually nothing stored for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you have questions about a specific rendering job, contact us and include any relevant job identifier or timestamp so we can assist.
